What are the delivery times?

We prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Delivery usually takes an additional 4–9 business days, so you can expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days. During peak periods, shipping times may be slightly extended, but we'll let you know if that happens.

Are shipping costs charged?

No, shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package through our tracking page on the website.

Can I still change my delivery address?

Yes, this is possible if the package has not yet been shipped. Please send an email to info@lydiamode.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the address.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are prepared for shipment soon after they are placed. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will check the status of your order and see what options may still be available.

Payments

Which payment methods does Lydia Mode accept?

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

When will my payment be charged?

Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Once your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order.

How secure is my payment information?

We use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information, including credit card details. All transactions are processed in accordance with strict security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance, to ensure your data is handled safely and securely.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return period?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure your return is processed correctly, all return requests must be submitted and approved in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

What conditions must returned products meet?

Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, complete with the original packaging and tags.

How can I request a return?

Send an email to info@lydiamode.com. within 14 days, including your order number and the products you would like to return. We will then send you the return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days using your original payment method.

Orders & Order Management

How long does it take to process my order?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within 14 days at info@lydiamode.com and include a photo or video of the defect. We will quickly work with you to find a suitable solution.
